David Greenberg, President/ Broker
David Greenberg has worked as a commercial real estate broker specializing in commercial properties since 1975. In 1980-1983, he conceptualized and developed new construction of shopping centers, retail centers, office/warehouses and office buildings. Formed a Houston commercial real estate company, Greenberg & Company in 1983 and handled the acquisition, sales, leasing and management of commercial properties. In 1990-1994, aside from commercial development, he started two construction companies, one built high-end residential homes which sold profitably; the other specialized in new construction and renovation of commercial buildings. With his thirty-three years of experience, Greenberg & Company has the expertise in all aspects of the commercial real estate business.
