David Greenberg, President/ Broker   

David Greenberg has worked as a real estate broker specializing in commercial properties since 1975. In 1980-1983, he conceptualized and developed new construction of shopping centers, retail centers, office/warehouses and office buildings. Formed a commercial real estate company, Greenberg & Company in 1983 and handled the acquisition, sales, leasing and management of commercial properties. In 1990-1994, aside from commercial development, he started two construction companies, one built high-end residential homes which sold profitably; the other specialized in new construction and renovation of commercial buildings. With his thirty-three years of experience, Greenberg & Company has the expertise in all aspects of the real estate business.

 Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. Worked as a real estate broker specializing in commercial properties since 1985. In 1992, joined RLS, LTD Partnership. He assisted in the creation of the first residential neighborhood designated as a public improvement district in the city of Houston.   He was also involved in real estate sales and leasing. He was an Associate Realtor with Vic Bruno Realty in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was responsible for industrial sales, property management, and retail lease negotiations for this industrial/ commercial brokerage firm.
